Unique Design Sessions

1. “I was made for this.” – Temperaments Workshop

Gain a deeper understanding of your God-given temperament, including any of the following:

2. Your Home in the Body of Christ – APEST Assessment

Are you an Apostle, Prophet, Evangelist, Shepherd, or Teacher?

Using the Ephesians 4 framework of the APEST Assessment, we’ll explore how each of the fivefold forms of ministry work together to build up the body of Christ – and how your unique combination brings life to the Church.

3. Living Your Strengths – CliftonStrengths Coaching

There are 34 CliftonStrengths. The likelihood of finding someone who has the same top 5 strengths in the exact same order…? 1 in 33 million. The likelihood of finding someone who has the EXACT same 34 strengths in order?… there have not been that many people born yet, in the history of all the world.

Using the CliftonStrengths assessment, explore how you can live into your strengths and become more fully who you were made to be.

4. Name & Claim Your Unique Call to Holiness

This Unique Design Session is the only one that isn’t built around an assessment. Instead, we identify your unique path to sanctity through exploring open-ended questions on your gifts, your passions, and the needs of the community.

Become: A Journey through Unique Design

Metanoia Catholic released their Become series this fall. It’s a deep-dive into articulating your unique identity statement through the lens of temperaments. Available as either a 9-week series or as a shorter, 1-day retreat.

Unique Prayer Sessions

1. Discernment Guide – 3 Practical Techniques for Any Decision

I have a copy of this worksheet printed out and reference it easily 2-3 times per week. True story.

God wants to speak to us, and he will, and we can learn to recognize his voice. This guide makes discernment more practical, concrete, and accessible for people from all walks of life.

2. Find Your Prayer Place – Ignatian Imaginative Prayer

Rooted in the tradition of Ignatian imaginative prayer, this prayer-centered session makes space for you to work with Christ to build a place of prayer in your imagination that you can come back to, again and again, to encounter him and allow him to speak to your heart.

3. The Reason Cycle – Pray through your Day with the Examen

Learn a variation of the Examen (practiced via coaching or via journaling) that will help you recognize God’s voice in the noise of daily life.

4. God Wants to Speak to You! – Praying with your Sensory Preference

Whether you’re a visual, auditory, or kinesthetic learner, this session will help you enter into Lectio Divina more deeply by tailoring prompts to speak more personally in your sensory language.

5. Emotional Processing with Jesus

If you’ve ever felt like a victim to overwhelming emotions, this session is for you. Bring your emotions to Christ in prayer, and let him speak life and help you claim the truth: you don’t have to be ruled by your emotions any longer.

6. “Offer it Up” – How to Live Redemptive Suffering

As a child or maybe as an adult, you might have heard someone say, with a tinge of chagrin, “Offer it up!” But what does that mean to Catholics?

Explore the theology of redemptive suffering, and learn how you can co-redeem the world with Christ through your actions and by choosing thoughts that align with God’s heart for you.

Unique Mission

1. Goal-Setting with God – Claiming Your Apostolic Niche

Get specific about how God is calling you to be a saint right now. Then, work with him to make this ideal a reality.

2. Locus of Control – Leading with Confidence

When we identify things we can and can’t control in humility and trust, we are more able to live in freedom, peace, and confidence.

3. Forward in Faith – The Battlefield of the Mind

Recognize which of the Enemy’s lies and tactics are keeping you from your full potential. Engage in combat, align your mind with God, and let Christ break the chains that bind you.

Sent on Mission – Discern your next steps for Fall 2025 and make a plan to overcome your roadblocks.

4. For Recovering People-Pleasers – How to Have Difficult Conversations

I am a chronic people-pleaser, but good news: there are mindset skills that can help you with that! If you struggle with people-pleasing, or are avoiding a difficult but important conversation, this is a great workshop to help you move forward.

5. Jesus, I Trust You – Overcoming Fear & Worry

No, there’s no magic wand to make ruminating thoughts and lingering fears go away. But we can take practical steps to weaken their power over our minds and hearts.

Spoiler alert: One of these ways is to give best case scenarios at least as much airtime as their negative counterparts. Another way is to identify the fear and remove the lies that surround it. Learn these and more techniques in this empowering workshop session.

Coming Soon – Ignite Series

Metanoia Catholic will be releasing its Ignite Series later this fall.
