My friends over at Metanoia Catholic have a free Temperaments assessment
It’s an excellent place to get started in understanding more about how you were uniquely designed by God, and how you can bear more fruit by knowing and leaning into your temperament’s strengths.
What are the Temperaments?
The Four Temperaments are an ancient Greek understanding of people’s natural dispositions. Many Catholics over the centuries have used the temperaments as common grounds for conversation.
Choleric – powerful leaders who take charge and get stuff done.
Sanguine – social butterflies who are great at connecting and building relationships.
Melancholic – creative, deep thinkers who take the time to get things done right.
Phlegmatic – peaceful bridge-builders who are highly adaptable and flexible.
What will I learn from the assessment?
It’s kind of like a personality test – you answer some multiple-choice questions about yourself, and receive a percentage that shows how closely you align to each temperament.
Make sure you’re answering about who you ARE, not who you’d like to be. Don’t overthink it. Go with your gut.
And, did I mention, it’s free?
I’ll wait – take the free Temperaments assessment and come back when you’re done. (It’s worth it, I promise.)
Ok, I took the assessment, now what?
Metanoia Catholic also has a few free reports you can download to learn more about your temperaments.
I also have several workshops and guides to help you understand what your temperaments look like for you, customized to your personal life experience. The main workshop focuses on your:
- Strengths
- Weaknesses
- Motivations
- Triggers
- Ideal Conditions
I’m available to give temperaments workshops to teens, young adults, and adults in the Diocese of Evansville area.
Or, if you want to get coached 1:1, you can learn more here.
